Whether you're experiencing stiffness, feeling less flexible than you once were, recovering from an injury, or simply want to maintain your strength, balance, and vitality, this session is tailored to your goals.

Together we'll explore movement, mobility, strength, breathwork, and relaxation practices that support the way you want to feel and live.
